I will organize weekly activities that include Office Group Meeting, lead new members for project site visit, arrange various type of gatheiring, invite professional for sharing, participate in society activities, organize team building (2 days 1 night). As a leader with strong, trusting and authentic relationships with creates a foundation of success.”I forge strong working relationships with my group. In ordinary, I will organize weekly activities and the ensure my teams equip with knowledge and motivation.

1）Group Training（Ferrari 10 Final Sprint）

We have also arrange group training for team members, this training will enhance them with better motivation and sales skills.

2）The group fitness activities on 2022 .

Fitness activities could help the group member to understand and learn from each other. This will also ensure to create motivation and work closer among the team to achieve target efficiently.

3）Form a Group of members to participate Company 626 Annual Dinner.

I have arranged a group of 12 team elites to participate in the 626 dinner. During this trip, we also able to visit our HQ Office and also have some fruitful Sharing of experience, strategy plan with company board of directors.

4）Monthly Meeting with KK P.I.C (Person In Charge)

Arrange monthly meetings with each P.I.C to discuss the results and identify the problems.

5）Chirsmast Party Celebration in December

We provide gathering and appreciation for team members for their hard work. This also important for us to build up relationship.

6) Team Building

We also arrange team building anually to emphasize the team work and achieve the goal as a team.
